LIC agency is a flexible time work. Full timers can work as per their avalaiblity. Part-time agents can work 2 hours per day and some can work weekends to earn good income from LIC agencies.
LIC agency is a professional business, and there are no earnings limits. By working even only 1 or 2 hours per day anyone can earn minimum Rs. 35000 per month. LIC gives a commission upto 35% on each policy. So it really depends on the agent on how many policies he/she closes in a month.
Experience is NOT required. Fresher’s can also start their career as a agent in LIC. Any Indian citizen can join as a LIC.
Eg. Any Working Professionals, Accountants, C.A. , Teachers, Housewives , Govt. Retired person also can work as LIC agent.
No, We can manage our job simultaneously by doing LIC agency. It is important to have one side business as a secondary source of income. LIC business can be done during flexi hours by anyone. Agents can work part-time.
LIC agents can work from anywhere in India. LIC branch visits are only required for meetings and seminars. Daily visiting is not compulsory. Agents can coordinate with their DO via Call, Whatsapp & Zoom Meeting
